Marketing requests

All marketing requests for Barrett must be made on Airtable. To gain access to the Barrett All Request Board you will need to create an Airtable account. Follow the link and sign in with your ASU Google account. You can skip the questions about collaboration, form there you should see the All Request Board. Once the card is submitted it will be reviewed and assigned for completion. Your completed work will be made available on the same card your request was made.

All Airtable requests must be submitted a minimum of three weeks before the event date.

All marketing and communication requests including: graphic design, email and swag approval must be made via Airtable.

All items that carry the Barrett endorsed logo must originate from the Barrett marketing office, this includes swag items and any graphic design materials. If you need Barrett-specific logos, contact chris.cardona@asu.edu.

How can I advertise within Barrett, The Honors College?

The world of mass communication can often be complex and fast-paced, even within our community of Barrett students, staff, faculty and supporters. To help provide an understanding of what methods we have available to communicate information within our community, the Marketing Office has laid out a chart to describe a few of our most common advertising tools.

Postage/barcodes

To get a Print Ready File for your designer (Chris Cardona/marketing) to add to your item (like postcards)

  1. If you are working with Barrett Marketing to create a mailer/postcards, etc. you will need to have your Print Ready File prior to making your request. Include the Print Ready File of your barcode on the Trello request form.
  2. To get the Print Ready File, you will need to know your barcode; if you do not know your barcode, please see the barcode list or ask the Business Office. Go to asuprintonline.asu.edu/t/barcode. Complete the form and submit. Use the information sent to you as part of your Trello request for your marketing design.
  3. It is recommended that you send a PDF copy of the final card to mailasu@asu.edu to verify it is set up correctly for mailing. If you have gone through Barrett’s internal marketing team, they are familiar with the guidelines so this step is not necessary.

To request physical barcode stickers for your envelopes, etc.

  1. Go to cfo.asu.edu/bar-code-request.
  2. You will need to know your barcode – see the barcode list.
  3. These can be used to put over the existing barcodes on envelopes (in the event there has been a change) or to place on anything you are mailing.
