Changes to How Email is Delivered at ASU
As part of the evolving governance landscape, major email service providers such as Google, Yahoo, and Apple are implementing changes to enhance email security. Starting February 1, 2024, it is mandatory for senders to have DMARC (Domain-based Message Authentication, Reporting, and Conformance), SPF (Sender Policy Framework), and DKIM (DomainKeys Identified Mail) settings configured correctly for email authentication. Read more at New Gmail protections for a safer, less spammy inbox.

Every year ASU invites the local community to visit any of its campus locations, allowing visitors to explore the innovative spaces accessible only to ASU students. Visitors have the opportunity to participate in hundreds of interactive activities and talk to students, faculty and staff. Volunteers have the opportunity to assist with this fun and exciting event at each campus! We’re looking for volunteers to act as ASU ambassadors to share your knowledge and unique perspectives to visitors of all ages. Who better than ASU staff, faculty, alums, and students to enhance their experience? For many this will be their very first visit to a college campus, so help us ensure they have the best possible experience.
Volunteers are provided a hearty lunch, t-shirt, snacks, and soft drinks, not to mention the fun and rewarding experience and camaraderie with others within the ASU community. Volunteer with a friend, or group to show your ASU spirit! Earn 3 to 6 volunteer hours at each event.
In this role you will welcome attendees to campus and assist them with the registration process. You also get to make the kids happy by handing out the free goodies. Training will be provided; instructions will be emailed a week or two before each event.
We truly appreciate all the work that goes into hosting the Open Door Events, and thank everyone for their time, commitment, support and dedication.
