Orientation
ASU Orientation
As a new Arizona State University employee, you will self-enroll either in a virtual ASU Orientation program held on Zoom or take a self-paced course in Workday Learning. Employees transferring from other ASU departments are not required to participate.
You will receive a university overview, learn about employee culture, participate in an engagement activity, receive a benefits overview and review action items as you onboard.
Upon completion, you will receive all the information, resources and tools covered during orientation to your asu.edu email address.
Barrett Orientation
Your immediate supervisor will arrange orientation meetings with various Barrett staff members to help you adjust to your new position and work environment. You will have the opportunity to meet with department leaders and teams who will provide a brief overview of their function and discuss how your position interacts and collaborates with them. You will receive your orientation schedule via your ASU email address before your start date.
